Beijing Strengthens Seafood Market Supervision

In mid-November, market supervision officials of Beijing Dongcheng District inspected local markets, according to BJNews.com. During the inspection, they found a lack of traceability codes among five kinds of seafood, which are imported basa, cod, salmon, white and red shrimps. So, the bureau decided to further strengthen supervision of these seafood items through both online and offline channels.
