Norway Royal Salmon Earnings Take a Hit in Q4; Hopes Remain High for 2021

Salmon farmer Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) reported lower earnings in the fourth quarter of 2020 but as it looks forward to 2021 the company expects an improved market situation and a 31% increase in harvest volume.

NRS reported an operational EBIT of MNOK 17 (USD 2 million) in Q4 and an EBIT per kg of NOK 5.05, figures in Q4 in 2019 were MNOK 136 and NOK 17.71, respectively. For the financial year of 2020, NRS has operating revenues of NOK 5.1 billion and achieved an operational EBIT of MNOK 246...
